  2. Ruler.
  3. Marker / marker.
  4. Steel wire (you can even some chain of small diameter).
  5. Stainless steel springs (4 pieces).
  6. A can (1-2 liters in volume) and a can (or plate).So, now we can start assembling our ham:
  • First we need to prepare our bank for reincarnation. To do this, we need to get rid of the paint on it by burning the cans on the gas itself (or you can use the usual wash to remove paint). Next, we need to take an ordinary iron washcloth and using it with some detergent to wipe our jar (be sure to do this inside, in order to avoid unpleasant bacteria);
  • After that we take a felt-tip pen or marker and mark the middle of the can and draw a line along the line. In the same way we note future cuts for our ham;
  • Now we take our electric drill with a drill of 2-3 mm and make a hole just below the upper edge. Next, with a round file, saw a little under the flat file. We make a cut down along the line we marked (or cut with scissors), which is not difficult;
  • After that, we do the same with other parties and modify the burrs with a small emery cloth. Next, from our steel wire, we do something like hooks (2 pieces) using pliers;
  • Now we make holes at the bottom of the can for our stainless steel springs (1 mm). We bend and clamp the springs in the holes;
  • Next, we cut out the pressure plate from the sheet of the desired size or use the appropriate cover. We pass the entire upper edging with pliers;
  • We put our hooks crosswise in cuts on the lid or plate, and pull them until we need pressure so that the meat begins to be pressed.
